Our Rolled Rump Roast is a very lean and flavorful cut of beef. The Rolled Rump Roast is also known as Bottom Round Roast. A very lean and flavorful roast, often served with a seasoning rub.
Cook slowly and use meat thermometer to ensure timely removal from heat. Comes in an approx. 3 to 5 pound vacuum sealed package.
